This collection contains original materials by Carl Sandburg. This collection also consists of correspondence, manuscripts, photographs, clippings, books, documents, and miscellaneous material inherited and created by Margaret and related to her role as her father's reference librarian. Amongst other materials, including many photocopies of Sandburg correspondence, collection contains documentation of Sandburg's major biographical works related to the life of Abraham Lincoln.
